Very quiet residential hamlet adjoining the peaceful small typical village of Authumes nestled in the heart of the Bresse Louhannais countryside in a rural setting unspoiled by wooded plains between fields, meadows & rivers, on the immediate edge of a large forest & ponds of renowned fish fishing. In the hollow of the Lower Doubs Valley, a magnificent protected area classified as a "Natura 2000 Zone" (remarkable ecosystem, paradise for kayakers & fishermen, famous for its catfish, pikeperch or carp / exceptional ornithological reserve rich in 160 species of birds and varieties very rare plants).
