Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (200 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Sep. WC. Upper floor: open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 190 cm), bath/WC. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 195 cm), shower/WC, double hand-basin and with corner bath. Electric heating, underfloor heating. Wooden floors. 2 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4), box-room. View of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
