About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 120 m² house for rent in La Latette, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room (with wood stove), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms (with showers). Wifi (fiber optic), sheets included, towels at an extra charge, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room with wood stove, TV, double sofa bed, and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a cot
- A bathroom with shower and washing machine
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- A living room with TV, sofa, wood stove, armchairs, and a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bath
Outside:
- A 125 m² courtyard with a table, chairs and a boules court to enjoy sunny days
The south-west facing house is ideally located in La Latette, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
- Sports activities in Cerniebaud, 2.5 km away (horse riding, tubing and cross-country skiing in winter, etc.)
Hiking and mountain biking from the cottage
- Downhill skiing 9.3 miles away in Mouthe and 15.5 miles away in Métabief
- Visit cheese ripening cellars, Comté cheese production, our waterfalls, near Switzerland, polar park
Transportation:
A car is essential. You can park directly in the private courtyard of the house (4 vehicles) and the garage (1 vehicle).
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Frasne train station 20 minutes away by car
- Airports: Dole-Jura 1 hour 15 minutes away and Geneva 1 hour 45 minutes away by car

- Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic)
- Wood stove: wood is provided free of charge
- Sheets are included, towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner
- Pets are accepted free of charge. Only one pet (cat or dog) is accepted per stay.
