About this house rental
Bright and modern, this family-friendly retreat here in Davenport is more than ready to make everyone feel right at home on your next sun-filled vacation. Warm days will be the best days with the private pool right out back and a stylish lanai complete with an outdoor dining area and a private grill for cookouts in the fresh air. Any downtime spent inside will also be a treat, as everyone can easily mingle and spread out between the stylish gourmet kitchen with bar seating, the living area featuring two plush sofas and a flatscreen TV, and the dining area with a table and chairs for eight. Plus, a desk area is available for catching up on emails or school while away.
When everyone wants a bit of privacy, this home has five bedrooms that will be perfect for getting some peace and quiet when need be. The first bedroom is located on the first floor offering a flatscreen TV. Head upstairs and you will find four more bedrooms, each complete with an en suite bathroom and flatscreen TV.

You will have endless fun right at your fingertips here at Lanai Luxury, with an onsite lazy river, waterside, and poolside cafe, yet venturing out will prove to be a great way to use your days as well with Disney World (13 miles), Universal Orlando Resort (20 miles), and SeaWorld Orlando (18 miles) so close by! For some fun away from the park, check out the restaurants and vibrant attractions of Orlando. Or, stay closer to home base and indulge in a round of 18 at one of the many local courses!

*The pool and spas do not come heated. We also only offer pool heat during the months of may-sept for $32 / day. Please let us know 3 days in advance for pool heat
