This spacious 3,275 sq ft home features two king master suites with en-suite bathrooms, four additional bedrooms, and Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses in every room. Each bedroom includes a Smart TV, offering everyone a private retreat. Gather in the open-concept living room for movie night, or relax outside with a game or show on the outdoor patio TV.
The fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and your choice of Nespresso, Keurig, or drip coffee. We provide a welcome supply of pods, teas, creamers, sugar, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry/dish pods, salt, pepper, and towels—including pool towels—for your stay.
Step outside to your private, south-facing screened backyard oasis, complete with a heated pool, hot tub, and covered outdoor dining. A BBQ grill is available for an $80 flat fee, perfect for poolside meals in the Florida sun.
Walk just one block to the Solterra Resort Clubhouse, with access to a zero-entry pool, lazy river, waterslide, gym, tennis & pickleball courts, playground, and café. Baby gear—including a pack & play, high chair, and strollers—is provided for your convenience.

Solterra Beach Villa was everything we hoped for and more. Our extended family of eight (grandparents, parents, and grandchildren) found it perfectly suited to our three generations. The villa offered ample space for everyone, with plenty of quiet corners to retreat to when needed.
The owner was exceptionally friendly and responsive throughout from confirming the villa was right for us, to assisting with the booking, arrival, and even the checkout process. Every detail was handled with care, making our stay seamless and stress-free.
We can highly recommend both the villa and the owner for anyone seeking a relaxing, worry free holiday experience.

The house was very spacious and clean. It's nice that all the bedrooms have access to bathrooms. Only two of the rooms really have to share a bathroom.

The host was responsive to all inquiries. The common area on the first floor is very nice and perfect for entertaining. Great home with a nice layout. Community amenities are great. Cleanliness was the issue. Beer bottles, cigarette packs and trash were left all around the outside of the home in the backyard. The garage entertainment area was dirty with dead roaches everywhere. All of the homes broken items were also stored in garage leaving no space to play ping pong. Cobwebs, dirt and dust everywhere required cleaning to make us feel comfortable. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Recommend you bring additional washcloths and towels bc only 2-3Washcloths and towels per bathroom. Spent vacation washing towels everyday. Suggest have the cleaning lady ensure all lamps work after each guest. Spent too much time on lamp issues.
