Please note the following important information regarding your stay:
- **Access Codes:** All codes for entering the neighborhood, accessing amenities, and entering the home will be provided before your arrival.
- **Policies:** We have a strict no-party/events policy, and smoking and pets are not allowed on the property. Any violations will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.
- **Trash Disposal:** All trash must be properly bagged before placing it in the bin outside. Loose trash will not be picked up by the valet. A fee of $50 will be charged for sanitation of the bin in the event of excessive loose litter.
- **Reservation Changes:** Reservations cannot be rescheduled if the request is made less than 14 days before check-in.
- **Check-In and Check-Out Times:**
- Check-in is at **4 PM**.
- Check-out is at **10 AM**.
- **Late Check-Out:** A late check-out may be available under the following conditions:
- There are no incoming guests that day.
- There is no scheduled maintenance or other work on the property.
- We receive at least **7 days' notice**.
- We can adjust the schedule for the housekeeping team.

- **Preparation Time:** Our cleaning and maintenance team requires adequate time to sanitize and prepare the property for your arrival.

Yim was responsive from the beginning, very helpful and informative. Any questions you have he answers them less than 24 hours. The house was beautiful just as described. Easy entry access, all bedrooms, bathroom, the house was clean. Plenty of towels and rags if needed. Pool was clean. There was some floaties, 1 of them were extremely dirty. The kids didn’t even touch it. There is a gas stove, personally I’m not a fan of it. It took way too long to heat up, so we can cook. Not much of seasoning, have to buy your own. The starting amenities last us during our stay. Other than that the house was great!We walked to the resort, it was 6 minutes. You only need the address to check in to get your resort pass, super easy. Everything there was great, super fun. No lifeguards but there was staff everywhere. The cafe has delicious food.Gate entry was a breeze! Yes there is traffic depending on time frame but after the first time and you get your parking pass. You can get in without stopping at the security. We didn’t want to leave… 10 stars. Thank you Yim for giving us access to your home. We will definitely book with you again.

This house is in need of a major refreshing. Carpets are dirty, walls need painting, kitchen needs stocking, furniture inside and outside is lacking, more towels are needed. Host was quick with communication. Could be a very nice rental with a little investment.
