Grill rental available for rental fee of $35 (we do NOT provide propane), must notify and pay at least one day before check-in

Great property. My family loved the pool. Ample space. We were there for vacation and we all met up and enjoyed ourselves.

A little dirty and lots of wear and tear on the property but the location is good but very busy and the community pool area is also pretty busy. Not much outside privacy and some very loud neighbors but overall not too bad if you want to be in solterra.

Great time not sure why they dont want you stripping the beds as if the sheets etc won't be washed just made up for the next guess
