Solterra Resort is an ideal stay for your Disney vacation. Just a short drive from the parks (15-20 minutes, traffic depending), a short distance to Championsgate Area, and within a couple of miles of restaurants and more shopping.

· Parking: Parking available in designated areas. Per resort regulations, this property accommodates up to 2 vehicles. Additionally, vehicles must be parked in designated areas within the marked white lines and display a valid sticker; otherwise, subjected to tow.
Resort Access:
The resort fee at Solterra Resort is a one-time access fee, not a daily fee. The cost is $35 for up to 12 guests, and $45 for 13 or more guests. Please note that this fee will ensure access to the clubhouse and pool area for the entire length of your stay!
***Important Resort Amenity Update: Solterra Resort's pool, lazy river, and surrounding aquatic areas are temporarily closed for renovations. The current target for reopening is mid-December 2026, subject to construction progress, weather, and unforeseen conditions. During this time, the clubhouse, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, and The Lawn outdoor recreation area remain available. The Lawn features beach volleyball, a nine-hole putting green, cornhole, bocce ball, horseshoes, and giant chess. Resort activities and entertainment will also continue throughout the closure. We appreciate your understanding while Solterra Resort completes these improvements.***

• Private pool and spa with separate heating settings and a comfortable outdoor living area, perfect for relaxing. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional $50 USD per day. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required, pool heat must be requested for a minimum of 3 days, and the applicable fee must be paid prior to check-in.
· Patio with alfresco dining and BBQ grill (let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a $75 fee to cover the cost of cleaning)
· Access to shared community amenities for a one-time fee* during your stay like a resort style pool, lazy river, hot tub, gym (open 24/7), snack bar, tennis court, pickle ball courts (4), playground and more!

We provide you with a small starter kit, which includes:
One (1) roll of toilet paper,one (1) hand soap, one (1) shampoo and one (1) conditioner per bathroom; one (1) sponge, one (1) dishwasher soap, one (1) paper towel in the kitchen; one (1) laundry detergent.
Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.
· Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
- Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

POOL/SPA - We clean the pool weekly, with or without guests. If you would like to be notified in advance, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be more than happy to send a specialist.

POOL TOWELS - We provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home.

BBQ Grill - Patio with alfresco dining and BBQ grill (let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a $75 fee to cover the cost of setup and cleaning)

PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than 2 vehicles in your party, please use the clubhouse parking which is 0.3 Miles from the house.

SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS (be aware USPS doesn't deliver in Solterra Resort). Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.

VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
