It includes a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, etc.), a comfortable living room with a relaxation area around its stove, as well as a dining area, ideal for sharing meals with family or friends.
Sleeping areas
The house has four bedrooms: two bedrooms with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, and an upstairs bedroom, with a double bed on the mezzanine and a single bed.
Bathroom and sanitary facilities
The accommodation has two bathrooms: the main one, located on the first floor, is equipped with a shower and a bathtub, the second upstairs is equipped with a bathtub. For more privacy, the house is equipped with two separate toilets.

The vast garden is a privileged setting to relax, enjoy the sun and organize meals in the open air.
