The villa is made up of 5 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds. A 470 m² fenced garden with 2 terraces with garden furniture and barbecue. Table tennis table and a swing for children.

Located between Lorient and Quiberon, you will have the opportunity to visit many tourist sites.

The pool was a great success. Plouhinec was a nice village with all that one needed. It was easy to get to many well-known sites as well as good beaches. We were a family group from 10 - 80 years old. We all had a wonderful time.

Perfect place for a large family group. Plenty of room, good indoor swimming pool, loads of equipment throughout. Great garden for barbequeing and enjoying the sun which never stopped shining. Good location for exploring the area as well. Overall, a brilliant holiday.

I would thoroughly recommend this house. I stayed thee with my family and we had a wonderful time. The swimming pool was a big hit , the garden is very safe for children and a sun trap and we loved the table tennis. The shops and beaches are all very close.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. Very well equipped, clean and as in the description. The pool was very popular with the children. Good location- 5 minute walk to bakery, supermarket also 2 minutes by car. The Landlady was very friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay here again in the future

We took a family holiday in this house and it was great. The house had everything you could need and was comfortable and welcoming as were the owners. The pool was great and in constant use! The local area and village are beautiful and there are lots of activities to keep all ages entertained! Thank you so much for such an amazing week.

this was our first holiday abroad after the covid lockdowns. it was a 3 generation family holiday with 4 children ages 1, 5, 5 and 10. it is suitable for the mobility impaired too as there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower on the ground floor. the property is as described by the owners (the Hoches are excellent hosts - plenty of information from them as and when needed). absolutely top class. indoor swimming pool was brilliant, the kids loved it, especially when the weather was poor. big garden to sit out in and the children to play in. it is safe and secure for children. table tennis table was well used by us too. location wise, a quiet but easy to find road, 5 minutes walk to the bakers, shops and other facilities. very well located property for exploring this part of Brittany. c'était nos premières vacances à l'étranger après les fermetures de covid. c'était des vacances en famille de 3 générations avec 4 enfants âgés de 1, 5, 5 et 10 ans. il convient également aux personnes à mobilité réduite car il y a une chambre double avec douche attenante au rez-de-chaussée. la propriété est telle que décrite par les propriétaires (les Hoches sont d'excellents hôtes - beaucoup d'informations de leur part au fur et à mesure des besoins). absolument de première classe. la piscine intérieure était géniale, les enfants ont adoré, surtout quand le temps était mauvais. grand jardin pour s'asseoir et les enfants pour jouer. c'est sûr et sécurisé pour les enfants. table de ping-pong a été bien utilisé par nous aussi. En ce qui concerne l'emplacement, une route calme mais facile à trouver, à 5 minutes à pied des boulangers, des magasins et d'autres installations. propriété très bien située pour découvrir cette partie de la Bretagne.
