The magnificent natural stone villa "Sa Gavina" is immaculate, perfectly maintained and in an outstanding location. It was built in 2007 on a 20,000 m² plot and nestles beautifully into the hilly landscape in the north-east of Mallorca.
With a stunning 200 m² terrace, this villa offers ample outdoor seating to enjoy the sun and fresh air. There is easy access to the breakfast terrace from several rooms, making it the ideal place to enjoy freshly baked bread while planning your day. The pool, which can be reached via steps and is surrounded by a spacious sunbathing area and a well-tended lawn, invites you to cool off with a practical outdoor shower. Cala Ratjada with its numerous bars, restaurants and shopping facilities on the harbour promenade can also be reached in around a quarter of an hour.
