This completely renovated and luxuriously furnished 3-room, non-smoking vacation apartment (approx. 60 m) on the 1st floor in a quiet south-west facing location is ideal for up to 4 people and features a sunny west-facing balcony (with balcony furniture and cushions).
From the entryway—which features a coat rack, shoe rack, and full-length mirror—you can access the newly designed living room with an open kitchen and dining area (with access to the west-facing balcony), the two separate bedrooms, and the newly designed bathroom.
The bathroom, which has also been completely renovated and features underfloor heating, includes a floor-to-ceiling shower with a modern handheld and overhead showerhead as well as a thermostat, a vanity with a towel rack, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a toilet.
The living area is furnished with a high-quality sofa set, an armchair, and an ottoman; a cozy, separate dining area; a large flat-screen TV; a mini stereo system with internet radio, Spotify Connect, Bluetooth, and a CD player, a phone with unlimited internet and calling, and an open-concept kitchen.
The new, modern kitchen offers every convenience and features, in addition to a dishwasher, a compact oven with microwave function, a Nespresso machine, and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop equipped with a recirculating range hood that provides ample headroom, as well as a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. A coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, and an egg cooker are included in the basic amenities.
The master bedroom features a wardrobe, a dresser, two nightstands, a flat-screen TV, and a high-quality box-spring double bed (comfortable sleeping height, 2 single mattresses with a full-length topper, sleeping surface 1.80 x 2.00 m). The second bedroom is also furnished with a high-quality box-spring double bed (comfortable sleeping height, 2 single mattresses with a full-length topper, sleeping surface 1.60 x 2.00 m), as well as a wardrobe, a nightstand, and another flat-screen TV. Both bedrooms can be darkened very effectively with blackout pleated blinds and additional curtains. This allows you to sleep soundly and wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start the new day.
It’s also worth noting that you’ll find several USB-A/C outlets in both bedrooms and above the dining table. This allows you to easily charge your smartphone or tablet without needing an adapter.
In addition, the home’s unique location (a secluded corner unit), its high-quality amenities, and the numerous floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony doors make this property an ideal vacation rental for you. Here, you’ll be able to thoroughly enjoy your vacation from the very start.
Furthermore, the building’s location is ideal for exploring Westerland and the surrounding area. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the two main shopping streets—with their stores, restaurants, and cafés—are also within easy walking distance. Furthermore, the distance to the train station and the car ferry is only about 1 km, and the airport is also quickly accessible by taxi, so you can easily reach the apartment by car, train, or plane without spending much time on the journey.
Finally, we would like to point out that pets are not permitted in this vacation rental, and that a parking space in the building’s underground garage (with an in-house elevator down to the basement) can be reserved for 14.00 euros per day at the time of booking.
