This exclusive, non-smoking 2-room vacation apartment (approx. 64 sqm) for up to 4 people is the only apartment located on the top, 4th floor (with an elevator) of the building. The vacation apartment features an east-facing balcony (morning sun) with teak balcony furniture and cushions.
From the entryway with a coat closet, you enter the stylish living room (with access to the balcony) and the spacious shower room/toilet.
The living area features a high-quality seating set (a two-seater double sofa bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m and an armchair), a cozy dining area, a flat-screen cable TV, a stereo system, a DVD recorder, a phone with Wi-Fi (service not guaranteed), and a free flat-rate calling plan to German landlines.
