The separate, spacious kitchen is equipped with appliances, and you can enjoy your meals in the separate dining area.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a dresser. An additional wardrobe is located in the living area. The third guest can sleep on the couch in the living room (sleeping area 100x200 cm).
A modern bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet rounds out this comfortable accommodation in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, in the Tarnewitz district.
Next to the carport is a private, furnished terrace for this non-smoking vacation rental.

This is a non-smoking apartment. A rotary clothes dryer on the property can be used by both guests on the first floor and those on the upper floor. There is also a separate tumble dryer in the apartment, as well as an ironing board and iron.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
Optional services available for booking:
