"Westwind" Apartment - Cozy city vacation rental in a bright, modern country house style facing the lake!
1.5-room non-smoking vacation apartment (approx. 50 sqm) on the 1st floor facing the lake with a west-facing loggia (afternoon sun, with balcony furniture and cushions) for up to 2 people.
From the entryway with a coat closet, you enter the living room (with access to the balcony), the new kitchen (renovated in December 2017), and the modern shower room/toilet.
The living area features a cozy seating area, a dining area, a flat-screen HDTV and Blu-ray player, a radio, and a phone with a flat rate for calls to German landlines (cell phone numbers blocked), as well as blackout blinds.
The sleeping alcove (separated from the living room by a sliding door with a glass window) has a double bed with two single mattresses.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator. A coffee maker, a Senseo machine, a kettle, and a toaster are included as standard amenities.
The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a sink, a radio, and a hair dryer.
A duplex garage can be booked for €8.00/day, or an outdoor parking space for €14.00/day (limited availability!).
Pets are not allowed here.
The building has a free Wi-Fi network that is accessible to all apartments (subject to availability).
