From the entryway with a coat closet, you enter the living room (with access to the balcony), the new kitchen, and the new, bright shower room/toilet.
The living area, fully fitted with new wood-look designer flooring, features a comfortable seating set (sleeper sofa 1.40 x 1.90 m, one armchair), a dining area, a flat-screen cable TV, a stereo system, and a Blu-ray player.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove with an oven and a 4-burner cooktop, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
The bright bedroom features a double bed with two single mattresses and a flat-screen TV.
The new bathroom includes a round shower, a toilet, a sink, and a towel warmer.
