Individually designed, non-smoking one-room vacation apartment (approx. 25 sqm) on the 4th floor facing the lake, with a west-facing loggia and a magnificent view of the lake (afternoon sun with balcony furniture and cushions) for up to 2 people. From the entryway—which features a coat closet and kitchenette—you enter the combined living room/bedroom (with access to the balcony) and the modern bathroom with shower and toilet.
The living room/bedroom features a fixed double bed, two armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a radio/CD player. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave with grill function, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are, of course, part of the standard equipment. The newly redesigned shower room features a comfortable shower, a modern toilet, an elegant sink, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.
Optionally, you can book a duplex garage for just €8.00/day or an outdoor parking space for €14.00/day (limited availability).
The building features a free Wi-Fi network accessible to all apartments (subject to availability). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here.
