1. STRICT NO SMOKING / VAPING POLICY đźš Smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco/cannabis product is strictly prohibited inside and anywhere on the property grounds (indoor and outdoor).
Violation Penalty: $500 fine and immediate reservation cancellation without refund.
2. Registered Guests Only đźš« Only guests declared and registered at the time of booking are permitted on the premises. No parties, events, or undeclared gatherings are allowed.
3. House Rules
Quiet Hours: Maintain low noise levels between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Footwear: Kindly remove shoes before entering to keep the new space pristine.
No Pets Policy: To maintain the new condition of the unit, we are unable to host pets.
Damages: Please report issues immediately; damages will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
