Welcome to Your Spacious Dunbar Home – Perfect For Families & Groups!
Comfort and convenience in this bright and inviting Dunbar house, ideal for families, friends, or professionals visiting Vancouver. Located in one of Vancouver’s most peaceful and sought-after west side neighborhoods.
Location Highlights:
• A quick ride to University of British Columbia (UBC)
• Close to beautiful Pacific Spirit Park trails and the beaches at Kitsilano, Jericho for scenic walks and picnics.
No Drug or Cannabis use, Open Flames, Candles or Fireworks Anywhere on the property---Indoors or Outdoors
No Smoking of cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco and e-cigarettes.
No undeclared guests, No parties, no Events.
Keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am.
Please pay attention to garbage sorting and recycling.
If there are any damages or missing items, the replacement cost will be ducted from security deposit or sought after.
Missing Items / Shipping Policy
If you leave something behind after checkout, we are happy to mail it to you. A $30.00 handling fee will be charged plus the actual postage cost. Items will be shipped only after full payment for both the handling fee and postage has been received.

This place was perfect for a visit with my daughter. The neighborhood is very quiet. There are some coffee shops and restaurants an easy walk or short drive away. The bedrooms on the main floor are spacious with comfortable beds. The downstairs bedrooms have very low ceilings and the stairs would be tricky for older adults to navigate. The living room is not as big as it looks like in the picture, but it's quite comfortable. Kitchen is small but well-appointed.All in all, a very nice place and I would be happy to stay here with my family again, but it might be a little small for an extended family gathering.
