Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is approximately a 20-30 minute drive, depending on traffic, or about an hour via public transportation. Other Things to Note:
Although the suite has 3 bedrooms it is very spacious and can easily fit up to 10 guests. Please note that 4 guests will be sleeping on our high-quality auto-inflatable air beds.
* We kindly inform our guests that - Any additional guest must be declared to the host. - It is strictly forbidden to bring or consume illegal substances within the accommodation or residence.

To keep everyone protected, guests can choose one of the following options before check-in:
$250 refundable credit card hold, released after checkout pending inspection, or
$50 non-refundable damage waiver, covering minor accidental damages.
Please Note: This property consists of three separate private units, each with its own private entrance and full amenities. As other guests or residents may be using the shared areas, you may occasionally hear some noise during your stay.

Location is great! Quiet area with little to no disturbances and easy access to main roads. It is advertised as a spacious family home however it’s only the top half of a duplex so that was misleading, and with tenants below they have signs all over saying quiet time is 9pm with no laundry after a certain time to. Its mentioned in the add that the home has A/C, however when we asked about how to turn it on as nothing is obvious we were told to go into the garage and get a portable A/C unit. Add should state that as we shouldn’t have to go out of our way to use it. Overall we were happy with our stay and would rent again, note that the property is managed by a third party so they require an additional damage deposit outside of VRBO which is a bit of a hassle.

This place was perfect for my big group. It was 20ish minutes depending on traffic from down town which was super nice. The ac was great throughout the house. My only complaint is we weren’t aware there was another unit underneath us which wasn’t a problem I just wish it was listed on the post. The house isn’t super spacious like it says but still worked great for our group of 8. The place was super clean and loved that they provide a lot of cooking utensils so we were able to make breakfast. The host was constantly checking in and answered quick to any questions. I would stay again.

Our stay was over the Aug long weekend. Location is great and in a quiet neighborhood. However, We did find the kitchen needs a deep cleaning. You need to wash everything prior to using. There is air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom but they are portable units which are extremely loud and can not be run at night if you want to sleep. Family that were staying with us reported the front room mattress is in very rough shape. Location is great but I would rate this as student living.Communication with the host was fantastic.
