Zeer ruim en zeer hygiënisch. Alles voorhanden. Stadscentrum goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. Goede en vlotte communicatie met eigenaar.
Airco was niet zelf te bedienen, stond vrij koud in de woonruimte maar werd wel snel opgelost door de eigenaar. Ondanks het feit dat alle huurders goed werden ingelicht over de houten structuur van de woning, hebben de bewoners boven ons de laatste dag zeer veel geluid gemaakt.

The host was very attentive and communicative. The suite is in the basement- which was fine- large, clean, kitchen well equipped, and two large comfortable bedrooms. There are many windows so the space is bright, windows are new so they cut the sound from street traffic. They also had free standing A/C units ( which is a bonus during the crazy hot summer) Lovely shared garden at the back of property. Free parking was a bonus.
Booking.com made an error with the title/ description - this was the basement suite- not the main floor as advertised.
The host was quick to clarify this to make sure it still suited our purposes. The photos are correct.
The only comment is the cute seating in the living room - is visually very decorative - not so comfortable.

Lives up to its name -- very comfortable. We stay in a lot of short term rentals when we travel but I don't think I've run into one maintained with this much thoughtfulness and attention to detail -- lots of helpful notes, for example. Very gracious host.
The traffic noise is a lot, especially in the front bedroom. Plan to use earplugs.
