-Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite): King bed, ensuite bath with walk-in shower & soaking tub, Smart TV, access to backyard.
-Bedroom 2: King Bed, tall windows, cozy gas fireplace, ceiling fan—peaceful and private.
-Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full sized trundle bunk bed + ideal for kids, friends, or a cozy sleepover vibe.

Guests will have access to the entire property except for the locked supply closet.
We are not located at the property but are available remotely as needed.
This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am. Violation of these rules will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
Absolutely NO smoking inside the property, this will result in a minimum fee of $2000 for deodorization.
