House easy check in owner contacted me with all information. Check in check out easy. Used hot tub a lot. Didn't heat pool to swim but the waterfall nice feature. My friends and I did enjoy our stay here it is a beautiful home. We did find that there were a LOT of rules to follow, as specific as where to leave the remotes when checking out (leaving them in the wrong spot would charge you a fee). Overall we had no issues but if you would like a worry free stay, this may not be the place for you. The pool is a little bit smaller than looks in the photos!

Jeff was very responsive to us, and this location (a little south of town) is quieter and has easy access to Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock. There is a very nice grocery store (Clark's) up the street, and our kids enjoyed using the jacuzzi and pool. We would definitely return to this property!

A group of us stayed here for a mountain bike event and we were so happy with the home and location. The home is great for a large group - comfortable and well stocked. We had an initial issue with the remote control that heats the hot tub and pool, but reached out to the contact listed and he walked us through it (main control unit is on the side of the house and new batteries fixed the issue with the remote). Backyard is private, with great views and we felt like we were centrally located to everything Sedona has to offer. Jeff is a fantastic host - very thorough and quick to respond when we reached out. Thanks so much!

Beautiful home in the perfect location! We where in Sedona for my son's wedding at Hilton Bell Rock which is only a few blocks away from the home. Jeff the owner was very easy to get in touch with, and responded right away to the concerns we had. There are a couple of things that could be addressed in the home. The beds are in need of an upgrade, along with the pillows. There where no extra sheets or linen left out, but Jeff responded very quickly and resolved the problem. However there where no washcloths or hand towels in the bathrooms and a few of the towels are in of replacement. We had some issues with the pool being too hot and hot tub not hot enough, the pool system is a little confusing to operate, but overall we enjoyed the pool. The overall cleanliness of the home was good, except for some cob webs across the ceiling in kitchen and living room, hanging kitchen lights haven't been dusted for a long time. The cleaning company needs to pay a little more attention to the details. I would recommend this home to anyone and Jeff was a delightful host. I hope to return to Sedona soon !

My friends and I stayed at the property for a long weekend on a girls trip. The house was in good condition, had plenty of space for the 4 of us and provided beautiful views of the surrounding area. To get to downtown Sedona was about a 15-20 minute drive (not far, but depending on the time of day a fair amount of traffic) but we knew that going in and based our decision on being off the beaten path a bit. Jeff and Erica did send a list of instructions prior to the stay that were not included in the listing. At first, this seemed a bit daunting, but we quickly realized this was likely standard and intended to eliminate a constant back and forth with questions, which was understandable and appreciated. It posed no issues for us, and was quite helpful in the long run. If you’re looking for a family stay or a long weekend in a quiet, comfy, residential setting, this is the spot!

From the time we walked in the door, got the garage door opener, turned by on the pool and spa heater, it was the beginning of paradise. The view out on the red rocks from the living room was sensational. The walk-in shower and the Jucuzzi tub in the Master bath were large and easy to use. The closet and the size of the master bath overalll were outstanding. The gas stove and the outside grill were large and a pleasure to us. Thanks, Jeff, for the use of your wonderful home! This is our second time staying at this house and it was as great as the first time. The first time it was just my husband and I and this time we brought our boys. The location is awesome as it's not in the hustle of Sedona and it's really close to a grocery store and several wonderful hikes. The house is very clean and the private pool is the best part of the house. It's a great way to relax and cool down after a morning of hiking and the kids absolutely loved it. This is our favorite place to stay when we come to Sedona and would absolutely stay here again.

Our family (including 4 teenagers) absolutely loved this property! The pool was fabulous - both the teenagers and adults LOVED it! This location was a short and scenic 10-minute drive to Sedona, but Oak Creek also had great amenities to choose from. Great little grocery store just down the street for quick stops, Ace Hardware for non-grocery needs, and wonderful coffee shops and restaurants close by. We absolutely LOVE Sedona area and this property and hope to visit again soon!!

This house is great! We had a girls trip to Sedona (4 of us). The house was big enough for all of us. The laundry and kitchen were well stocked with things we needed. We spent a lot of time in the pool. It was 400 degrees while we were there! Okay maybe not 400 but it was hot! Great location for the activities we had in mind. AND, there is a grocery store in town, its called Clarks. We didn't see it at first and ended up going to another store about 20 mins away. The owner was easy to contact, he provided us with clear instructions as to what we could expect and what was expected of us. PS....we only saw 1 bat!

This home is absolutely GORGEOUS, with an incredible view right out the back door. It is absolutely serene to sit in the hot tub at night and be able to look up into the clear sky and see thousands of stars. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this home. Every single one of us kept commenting how beautiful the home was and wished we lived here! There is so much space in this home, and every amenity you could possibly need. The only thing I couldn’t figure out when we went grocery shopping right before check-in was what type of coffee maker was available, so just fyi it is a drip style coffee maker, but there are filters here. Highly recommend one of the local wine tours and the moonlight train ride. The train ride was definitely the highlight for me, was so much better than expected! Thank you so much for an incredible stay!
