This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am.
Absolutely no smoking inside. Smoking will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization.

Absolutely stunning views, excellent location and every amenity your heart desires! This home is perfection. My family spent Mother's Day weekend here and loved every moment. The pool, spa and sauna gave it a resort feel with a lot of privacy. The house is spacious and super clean. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and even saw javelinas on the road in front of the house. I highly recommend a stay here and hope to return next year.

Our stay here was perfect! It was the perfect location- not too close to downtown Sedona (busy) and not super close neighbors. The views were soo pretty sitting outside. The house was perfect and all the bedrooms had fans, tvs, sound machines, and salt lamps. There are no stairs which is super convenient. The pool has a ledge around all sides to sit on with a beverage. It was exactly what we wanted. I would def. recommend booking this place

This was the most incredible stay! Everyone in our party raved about the house - we made excellent use of the pool, hot tub and sauna and are already planning a return visit. The host was quick to respond to questions and the accommodations were exactly as described, plus the house was amazingly clean. Everything was even better than we expected. Will definitely book again!

Host was ok and responsive. House just had some letdowns considering the price. Cons:AC would run but wouldn’t cool, overflowing trash bin on arrival, expensive pool heating, empty propane tank on arrival for grill/outdoor fire, fireplace didn’t seem to work or couldn’t figure it out. Pros:the house was clean and pretty with very nice design inside and out, can sleep many, has lots of good features, good location, good view, quiet neighborhood, owner was responsive to concerns, plenty of kitchenware, good amount of towels, has washer and dryer
