Relax comfortably in accommodations featuring a king size bed, queen size bed and two sofa beds. Sleeps maximum 8 (private occupancy 4) Our Two bedroom accommodation offers two full bathrooms featuring a walk-in shower and garden tub complimentary amenities and hair dryer. Enjoy the convenience of your full size kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven and coffee maker. And your partial kitchen featuring refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Additional in-room amenities include cable/satellite television, DVD player, iron/ironing board, washer/dryer, fireplace, telephone and air conditioning.
Guests will have access to the business center, BBQ grills, activity center (fees apply), fitness center (age restrictions apply), massage services (fees apply), picnic area, out door heated swimming pools and hot tubs.
Sedona is not only Arizona`s biggest attraction, but also one of the Southwest`s top vacation destinations. Its main attraction is the Red Rock State Park, with its abundant outdoor activities and peaceful trails. In this desert town that is surrounded by bright-orange mountains and countless pine trees, you`ll find plenty to do.
A vehicle will be needed to get to the area attractions, hiking and biking trails.
Essential: Please ensure that your reservation is being booked in your name as it appears on your valid government issued ID before booking if your name is different then what is listed on Airbnb. Guests checking in must be 21+ - Much like a hotel, a valid government - issued photo ID is required along with a credit card for security deposit.
Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort`s front desk will need this information at check in) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. The Guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Guest or Guest’s visiting guests.
Resort amenities subject to availability at any time without notice at the discretion of the resort.
Additional nights extended onto a current reservation must be done with a two night minimum, and is subject to availability.
