The Lounge: A cosy sanctuary featuring a real Wood Burner (log burner). We provide an initial basket of logs to ensure your first evening is toasty warm.

The Kitchen: Fully equipped with an electric oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine—everything you need for a self-catered stay.

Tech: High-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in the lounge and both bedrooms.

SLEEPING (2 Bedrooms / 2 En-Suites) We prioritize `Equality of Experience`, no fighting over the best room!

EV Charging: We offer on-site EV charging (please see guide book for details).

Pets: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs.

Chatsworth: The famous Chatsworth House is just a 10-minute drive (or a scenic hike) away.

Walks: Direct access to river walks along the Wye and the Monsal Trail nearby.

Getting Around

Car: Recommended for exploring the wider Peaks (Mam Tor, Kinder Scout).

Walk: You can easily enjoy a car-free weekend here as all shops, pubs, and supermarkets are walkable.

Other Things to Note

Noise: Being in a residential area, we strictly ask for quiet outside after 10 PM to respect our neighbours. for transparency the hot tub will turn off automatically between the hours of 22:30 and 06:00.

Accessibility: The property is set over two floors with stairs.
