Our houseboat, moored in the Schwedenschanze marina, makes a special holiday directly on the water possible. Enjoy the combination of houseboat and comfortable holiday flat, where you don't have to do without anything.
You have a wonderful panoramic view of the harbour, Rügen and Stralsund. The Baltic Sea cycle path, which is located directly at the harbour, also makes a holiday without a car possible.
Excursions to Stralsund's old town, the Ozeaneum, the Hansedom or to Rügen, for example, are nearby. Restaurants and a bike hire shop are within walking distance.
TOSCA is a fully equipped, winterised (infrared radiators) houseboat and leaves nothing to be desired. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available throughout the boat. There are also two bedrooms with a total of five sleeping places. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, hot air/microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment and everything you need for everyday life. The dining area has a large table with seating for five. There are also five seats in the living room, as well as an internet radio and smart TV (streaming possible). The WC is separate from the shower room. Both bathrooms naturally have a washbasin. The certified organic sewage treatment plant ensures that the waste water is treated in an environmentally friendly way. The two terraces are described in the outdoor area.
TOSCA has a terrace on the ground floor with a dining area for five people. There is also the option of hanging up the existing hammock. From this terrace, a staircase leads to the approx. 40 square metre roof terrace with lounge area and sun loungers. Here you can enjoy a wonderful view and relax.
TOSCA is a dog-friendly houseboat. Unfortunately, only DOGS are allowed. However, they are very welcome and stay overnight FREE OF CHARGE. There are two bowls on board as well as information on vets. A dog beach is about 6 km away and can be reached by bike or car. Unfortunately, all other pets must stay at home.
The Schwedenschanze marina was opened in 2022 and is located directly on the Baltic Sea cycle path. From there, all the highlights of Stralsund are within easy reach. The beach with a beautiful playground can be reached on foot (approx. 600 m). Enjoy a direct view of the Rügen Bridge, 6 km away. Excursions to Stralsund's old town, the Ozeaneum or e.g. to Rügen are nearby. Restaurants and a bicycle hire shop are within walking distance.
