Welcome to the “SeeMelodie” vacation apartment in Prora
After a long hike along the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, as you leisurely stroll across the dunes through the pine forest, listen to the melody of the wind, water, and birds.
Once you arrive at Haus Stubnitz, take the elevator to the 4th floor, where the two-room “SeeMelodie” apartment is located. The apartment, tastefully furnished in a modern style with colorful accents, features a spacious living-dining area with an open kitchen. A sofa bed provides optional sleeping space for a third person without feeling cramped. Dogs will also find a cozy dog bed in this area. In the kitchen area, you’ll find everything you need to prepare meals. You can enjoy your meals comfortably at the dining table by the window or sit out on the balcony. Enjoy the view over the pine forest to the sea and listen to the sound of the waves. The bedroom, with box-spring beds for two people, creates the relaxing atmosphere needed for a restful night’s sleep. In the bathroom with underfloor heating, you’ll find everything you’d expect in a modern bathroom, including a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead.
The apartment is for non-smokers only. A free parking space is also available; an electric vehicle charging station is available for a fee.

Our Stubnitz house exudes its very own charm thanks to its proximity to the brick “Red Wall.” This is where the first section of the kilometer-long sandy beach—which stretches from Binz to Prora—ends, before continuing again past the “Red Wall.” Haus Stubnitz features a direct passage to the beach for our beachgoers, and for our animal lovers, the path leads straight to the dog beach. We, along with our agency Prora.com,, are also located at the front of the building’s gable end, where we warmly welcome our vacationers.
