The accommodation: This bright 140 m² house is perfect for a stay with family or friends. It is situated on a private, fully fenced 650 m² plot, offering privacy and tranquility. First floor: Large, light-filled living room with direct access to the terrace; modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen; laundry room with washing machine and freezer; master suite with queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom; separate WC; upstairs: Two large bedrooms with double beds; bathroom; separate WC; mezzanine with office area, ideal for reading or work remotely
