Une maison très agréable à vivre, lumineuse et bien agencée. Le jardin est propice au repos, loin de l'agitation citadine, et néanmoins proche des commerces et...de la mer! L'escalier intérieur, de par son étroitesse, ne convient pas à de très jeunes enfants ou à des personnes à mobilité réduite. Pour conclure, une telle maison à La Baule, avec jardin, constitue l'idéal pour une location estivale.

Très bon séjour. Maison proche de tout et au calme. Procédure d’arrivée et départ impeccable. Prioritaires gentils et agréables. Le seul point a faire attention est l’escalier qui va à l’étage qui est raide mais compensé par la chambre, toilettes et salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée qui étaient idéales pour les grands parents qui n’auraient pas pu monter facilement à l’étage.

Cette maison est décorée avec goût et nous l'avons trouvé très fonctionnelle, surtout avec les deux salles de bains. La salle de séjour très agréable à vivre, la véranda doit être très agréable en été car belle surface donnant sur le beau jardin. Le coté très pratique est aussi l'emplacement de la maison : nous faisions tout à pied ( commerces, marché et promenades en bord de mer). Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques.

La maison a 6 couchages mais l'étage est accessible par un escalier "de meunier" donc il faut faire très attention. A déconseiller aux jeunes enfants et aux seniors. Elle est parfaitement équipée et idéalement située par rapport à la gare. La rue est très calme.

Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, chaleureux et à l'écoute. La maison est parfaitement entretenue et très bien équipée. Sa situation, dans une impasse, est parfaite, du moins en cette période de l'année (mai), car le quartier est calme. L'avenue du Général de Gaulle est à 5 minutes à pieds, le marché à 10 minutes, la mer aussi. Le jardin, derrière la maison est très agréable, on y voit même passer des écureuils. Excellent séjour !

Nous avons pu découvrir une charmante maison au calme avec un beau jardin (nous avions même un écureuil dans les pins pour nous tenir compagnie !), accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Equipement, confort parfait, rien ne manque. Idéalement situé pour profiter du Centre, du Marché (dimanche matin) et de la Grande Plage et tout ceci à pied. Nous vous recommandons cette adresse. Nous y reviendrons...très bonne prestation.

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par les propriétaires. Leur maison, confortable et bien aménagée, donne sur un beau jardin où nous avons profité du calme et du soleil. A proximité des commerçants, nous avons pu déguster de bons produits, et sur la place du marché ouvert tous les jours. La plage est magnifique avec son remblais où vous pouvez flâner jusqu'au coucher du soleil ou profiter d'un repas les pieds dans le sable, même en septembre, un mois qui reste très agréable. Mon mari et moi recommandons vivement cette location.

Magnifique semaine passée dans cette jolie villa au jardin fleuri ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons apprécié le sourire et la chaleur de nos hôtes, leur sens de l'accueil à la fois très humain et professionnel. Côté confort : qualité irréprochable de la literie notamment et rien ne manque en matière de vaisselle et appareils ménagers. Côté repos : le calme de la campagne... à la ville... car la maisonnette dispose d'une splendide véranda où nous avons pu admirer le concert des oiseaux et le jeu des écureuils. Côté situation : à quelques minutes, nous bénéficions de tous les commerces (le marché est un régal pour les yeux et les papilles). Enfin, la mer, située à environ 10 mn à pied, apporte ses embruns jusque dans le jardin. Bref ! Il est certain que nous reviendrons et nous conseillons cette location à tous ceux qui ont besoin d'un grand bol d'air, en toute sécurité.
