Ideally located rue du Faubourg Sainte Anne, 100 meters from the ramparts of Guérande, set back from the street and protected from noise. With a calm and pleasant garden, fenced and decorated with a large wooden terrace of 80 m2, without any immediate vicinity.

200 meters walk from all Intra-Muros shops.
At 5 km from the beaches.
1 flat screen TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi system. Free WIFI Internet Washing machine, dryer.

We had a marvellous stay at Villa St Aubin - Hubert and Alice were lovely hosts and the house has everything that we could have needed and more! We would really like to go back again one day and I shall be recommending this wonderful house to all my friends.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est conforme au descriptif et très confortable à vivre. Mr Billemont nous a accueillis très chaleureusement. Tout était parfait. Nous espérons y revenir
