A few minutes walk from the beach and shops of the Avenue Lajarrige, facing the Cavalière alley, rent independent villa of 120 sqm completely renovated, enclosed garden of 400 sqm. On the ground floor: living room-dining room 34m², fitted kitchen (fridge, microwave oven, piano-gas, dishwasher) open on garden with wooden terrace. 1 toilet. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms of 15m² with large closets, including master suite with its own bathroom (shower and sink), and terrace-wooden solarium of 10 m². 9 beds with duvets (5 beds of 90, 1 double 140, 1 double 160). 1 separate toilet and independent bathroom.
Garage with washing machine, dryer and sink. Chairs, garden furniture, barbecue, fire pit Weber. TV, CD / DVD player, home stereo, game console, board games, library. Baby cot with foam mattress and high chair. Possibility to rent linen on site provided by an external service provider and according to its rates.

We had a lovely 3 generation family holiday here in La Baule. The house is very well placed a 10 minute walk from a really good beach, even nearer shops, a park, some lovely woods. The garden is great for small people to run around in. The house well equipped and comfortable.

Great house loads of room for the family and a great garden.close to all you need very quiet area loved our stay there. Traveled all round lots to do and see and the beaches are stunning. Owners are very helpful and accomidating highly recommend.

We rented this house over the Ascension period for all of our family to be together. The house was as described - 4 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms etc. The garden was large enough together with the Loggia that was installed gave it a real plus.
The house is situated in a very quiet road about 10 minutes from the shops and another 2 minutes for the beach.
The railway line is very close but it did not disturb us at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay in this house. The house was as described. It is very well equipped , particularly the kitchen, with a homely feel. It was clean and tidy and tastefully decorated . The garden is pretty with beautiful roses at the front of the house and a large shaded area to sit out and eat at the back. The house is in a quiet area and is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and the nearby tennis club.
The owners replied promptly to emails and were easy to contact by phone. They were most helpful and flexible when arranging the arrival and departure times at the house.
We would recommend this house if you are looking for a relaxing stay in La Baule.
