About this house rental
Our home is a three bedroom house in Colchester, Vermont which is about 10 minutes from Burlington. The space has a cozy sun room, living room and has a workspace for those needing to work during their stay. We are less than 5 minutes from Thayer beach, the bike path to Burlington and Airport Park. Our space is perfect if you are looking for outdoor activities around Lake Champlain during your stay.

- We are about 15 minutes from the breweries in Burlington - Zero Gravity, Switchback, Queen City, Citizen Cider, and more!
- We are about 40 minutes to Bolton Valley and about an hour from Stowe Mountain Resort.
- We are close to local colleges. UVM and Champlain College are about 15 minutes from the house. St. Michael's College is about 20 minutes away.
Other things to note
AC is window units in bedrooms from late May to October.
