Great location (almost) at the lake and the beautiful Island Line Trail (near the causeway). Two good Kayaks, life vests etc. available. Nice screened and unscreened porch options, good grill.

My sole "complaint" would be that the grill's electric starter did not work - but matches were available. This was too immaterial to affect the rating. If this is important to you: The house does not have a dishwasher.
