About this house rental
Charming 3 bedroom cottage only steps away from a great sandy beach. Kid-friendly shallow water. Lake views, shady, grassy yard, 2 double kayaks, open kitchen/great room. AC and heat. Wifi, Smart TV, DVD player. Affectionately called the "Sand Dunes," this little community is a short walk or bike ride from the Burlington bike path, Airport Park, and the Causeway. We have 4 older bikes on site, or you can rent them locally. People are friendly, and the beach is beautiful. Two separate porches are ideal for work calls. Linens included. Please advise if you will bring your own. For 2026 available Sept. 10-Oct 14. Sorry, no pets. Contact Mary with questions.

We had a wonderful stay at your home, which we considered more than a camp! The location was perfect for us & we fully enjoyed the lake proximity & beautiful view. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you!!! We hope to return in the future.

This cottage was in ideal location about midway on the Burlington Bike Path and less than a quarter mile from the trail on a quiet road. And Colchester is a much quieter area than Burlington and without the parking hassles.It was very well provisioned and very comfortable with an enclosed porch convenient for bikes, a nice sun room, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, an outdoor picnic table, and kayaks.We also took a couple of walks on the Lake Champlain beach just steps from the property.Both the owner and the nearby property manager were responsive and helpful.We had a wonderful time on our first trip to the Burlington area for biking and hiking. We want to return for kayaking.
