About this cottage rental
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by similar properties, the cottage enjoys easy access to town and its surrounding coastline. The cottage’s characterful and cosy rooms are home to an array of contemporary furnishings, with modern conveniences scattered about and plenty to occupy guests of all ages. The lounge/diner is a welcoming place to relax, its tables served by the modern kitchen which sits next door. Upstairs, a family shower room is joined by a spacious double bedroom with countryside views; and a twin bedroom which can be converted to a double bedroom upon request. The views from the small enclosed patio garden at the rear of the property are outstanding, and best enjoyed best over a BBQ supper.
Padstow’s famous working harbour (0.5 miles) is dotted with dog-friendly cafes and pubs serving the day’s catch, along with winding streets home to independent shops and galleries. Many wonderful beaches and coves are scattered across the Camel Estuary (1 mile) and beyond, with some reachable via the South West Coast Path. The Camel Trail takes cyclists to Bodmin (13 miles), while the remarkable Eden Project is 21 miles from the cottage.

- 2 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin, which can be zip-and-linked to form a 6´ bed – please request on booking
- 1 shower room - thermostatic rainfall shower and WC
- Electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker
- Welcome pack
- Baby bath, highchair, two stairgates, travel cot with mattress – please bring your own cot linen and bedding
- One stairgate permanently in place at the bottom of the stairs
- Smart TVs, Blu/ray/DVD players, CD player/radio and selection of DVDs (both bedrooms also have a TV and DVD player)
- Please bring your own beach towels
- Mobile signal is variable
- 2 small or 1 medium-size dogs welcome free of charge
- Unlimited fibre optic broadband provided
- Small patio with table, chairs and BBQ is enclosed by fencing to the rear, with open-plan lawn and path to front
- Designated private parking for 1, further on street parking nearby
- Shop and pub less than 0.5 miles, beach 1 mile
