This charming property features a cosy lounge/diner on the ground floor, complete with an electric fire, Smart TV, and comfortable seating. The living room leads out to a patio through French doors, and a staircase takes you to the first floor. The ground floor also includes a contemporary kitchen equipped with all you need to cook meals at home and a convenient cloakroom. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms - a double and a twin with French doors overlooking the patio area - as well as a stylish bathroom. Outside, an enclosed patio area with outdoor furniture is located at the back of the house, where you can soak up the sun and catch a glimpse of the Camel Estuary in the distance.
Nestled within the grounds of the old school, your adventure in Padstow begins right at your doorstep. Stroll along the unspoiled harbour, meander through the shops and galleries, and savour the seafood delicacies at the local restaurants. Alternatively, take a ferry and explore the scenic beauty of Rock, with its serene beaches and picturesque views. For the more adventurous, lace up your boots and set out on foot along the breathtaking South West Coast Path towards St George’s Cove, 1 mile away. Looking for more sandy shores to explore?
