Very good apartment in Padstow!

It was brilliantly clean and well appointed

It was dark good go up a steep set of step outside and could have done with some lighting. The entrance to the house was muddy but we have had an awful lot of rain.

Still loving it after 3 years of stays!

We have stayed here for a few years. The location is perfect if you want to be based in Padstow. It is always very clean too. The flat has pretty much everything you need.

The flip side of being based in central Padstow is early morning delivery/dustbin vans. It's a bit warm in the summer to have the windows shut. A broom would be handy as a quiet way (without using the vacuum) to keep the sand at bay.

Seasteps - perfect Easter break

The location - perfect. Beautifully clean. Well decorated. Comfy beds (all had a great night's sleep). Well equipped kitchen. Games for a rainy day!

It's minor, but it would have been easier if there was an extra chair or even bean bag. Flat is for four but sofa is for three, so someone had to seat at the table.

Superb

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Padstow. The added advantage of the Prideau Walled Gardens right next to the property was a welcome relief to the hustle and bustle of the town in summer. The apartment was well equipped and the bottle in the fridge started my birthday celebrations beautifully.

Great location, lovely space, very clean :)

Great location with easy access to the shops and St George's Cove. There was a small patio, so on sunny days we were able to sit outside or dry swimming costumes! The kitchen was well stocked and supplied. The bathroom was a good size, especially for a family with kids. Next to the Spar for easy access to food top-ups. The lounge has plenty of space for 3 people. Although not brand new the place had been very well cleaned before we stayed.

The single bedroom is quite small and stuffy (it has not got a window) although it was quite hot (~20 degrees C) when we were there. Fans are provided but there isn't a convenient socket to direct air into this room very well. There are some early deliveries for the Spar, which did get a bit noisy early in the morning with the windows open.

Truly relaxing

The flat is a fantastic base if you are looking to travel around Cornwall everything is on your doorstep the flat is very well equipped and the bed is very comfortable

The shower although good is concerning as water leaks out the unit The outside space needs some TLC the neighbouring property has lovely decking and comfy sun loungers And bin the doormat !!
