Very central to all amenities.
Old water damage to the ceiling, I assume from a leak from the showers, this could have been cleaned and redecorated, looked a bit shabby only decorative.

We have stayed here before, it is our go to property when staying in Padstow. Perfect location with parking
Slight hiccup when we first arrived but was rectified as quickly as possible to enable us to enjoy our stay.

Location
Cleanliness. House was dusty in places, large stain on carpet in twin bedroom, Blanket in living room dirty. Light bulbs not working. Bin & toilet roll holder rusty. Front garden untidy. Value for money.
