Visitor’s Tax/Overnight Stay Tax of the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of guests, visitors to the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

Our 3-room “Heimkehr” apartment—your new, modern vacation home in the popular Hanseatic city of Wismar. Our exclusive ground-floor apartment is located on the edge of the Old Town Ring in Wismar’s historic Old Town. It features 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people, a cozy terrace, and a private parking space right by the building. Larger shopping areas are just a 3-minute walk away, and Wismar’s market square is about a 10-minute walk away. Enjoy your vacation in the popular Hanseatic city of Wismar!
Heimkehr Vacation Rental (approx. 60 m² living space)
- 1 large living room with an open kitchen and dining area for 4 people, 2 couches (convertible into sofa beds), TV, radio
- fully equipped open kitchen, including a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, glasses, refrigerator, and freezer
- 1st Bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a closet
