Up a few steps the main living level with two spacious living areas, a formal dining area and chef kitchen, all with breath taking panoramic ocean views. Step out to the large patio balcony and savor the warm sunshine and gentle ocean breezes. The kitchen has a large center island, granite counters and quality appliances. Open to the kitchen is a cozy sitting room with TV that opens to the backyard patio and entertaining area.
