Visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of guests, visitors to the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

Our vacation home is located just outside the city center of Wismar (about a 10-minute walk), and the island of Poel is approximately 8 km away. Shopping options, a bakery, a bus stop, and a gas station are all within walking distance (3 minutes on foot). You can park your car right in front of the vacation home. There are many attractions in and around Wismar.
The vacation home features outdoor patio furniture and a barbecue area in the paved courtyard.
Our non-smoking vacation home (approx. 65 m² for 5 people) is divided into a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and the first bedroom on the first floor, as well as the second and third bedrooms on the upper floor (accessible via a spiral staircase).
GROUND FLOOR
- Fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area (including a toaster, four-burner stove, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, table, and 6 chairs)
- Bathroom with shower, sink, mirror, and toilet
- 1st bedroom on the first floor with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. A crib can be added here if needed.
- Living room with a seating area consisting of an armchair, a table, and a wall unit, as well as a TV with satellite service, a DVD player, and a radio
UPPER FLOOR (accessible via a spiral staircase)
- Second bedroom with 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
- 3rd bedroom with a single bed, a small table, two chairs, and a small closet. A guest bed could be set up here if necessary.
A cozy seating area is available for outdoor use year-round. We’d be happy to provide a grill if needed. Smoking is, of course, permitted here.
A parking space and lockable storage for your bicycles are available. Our guests may use Wi-Fi free of charge.
