Vacation apartment/apartment for 4 guests with 50m² in Utersum (303018)

Bright, cozy, and featuring lovingly crafted details, this apartment—which was completely renovated in 2022—shows itself at its best. Soft beige tones combined with light-colored country-style furniture give it its unique charm. The Föhrer Ley apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a pull-out single bed, which is particularly well-suited for children. There is also a fold-out changing table in the children’s room. Great extras await you here, such as USB and USB-Mini outlets at every nightstand, a built-in radio in the bathroom, high-quality original Tempur mattresses, and a 43-inch TV. The property’s own hydrangea garden features many lovely seating areas where you can make the most of the sunny hours and enjoy a cozy cup of coffee and a slice of cake. A great adventure and lots of fun await your children with our fantastic Boots sandbox.
