The semi-detached house at Triibergem 39 is a 75 m² vacation home in Utersum that offers comfortable accommodations for up to 6 people across two floors. With a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the property is particularly well-suited for families and anyone who values a well-thought-out layout and short distances between rooms. This is a non-smoking property; pets are allowed (max. 2), making it ideal for a vacation with your dog.
The living area on the first floor is bright and inviting, featuring an open-concept kitchen that flows into the living room. A dining area and dining table are available for shared meals. The kitchen is fully equipped: 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils are provided.
Please note that the beds are only 1.90 m long.
For entertainment, there is internet and Wi-Fi, as well as a total of 2 TVs. There is also a radio, CD player, and DVD player. Handy for longer stays: a washing machine for your own use, a clothes drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board.
Outside, you can enjoy the garden and terrace with patio furniture, a beach chair, sun loungers, and a parasol. The fenced-in property is child- and dog-safe, offering a relaxing environment for families and travelers with pets. A free private parking space (1 spot) is available right next to the property.
