Vacation apartment/apartment for 6 guests with 55m² in Utersum (303021)

"An apartment that embraces you" is probably the best description a guest could give to capture the charm of this apartment. It was lovingly renovated and refined from the ground up in 2022. Soft beige tones combined with light-colored country-style furniture give it a unique, cozy atmosphere. In addition to a spacious entryway with a coat rack, it features two bedrooms with double beds and another 140 cm-wide bed, which is ideal for one or two children. Many unique details await you here, such as USB and USB Mini outlets at each nightstand, a built-in radio in the bathroom, high-quality original Tempur mattresses, and a 43-inch TV. The property’s own hydrangea garden offers plenty of lovely seating areas where you can make the most of the sunny hours and enjoy a cozy cup of coffee and a slice of cake. A great adventure and lots of fun await your children with our fantastic boat-shaped sandbox.
