This charming vacation rental is located in picturesque Utersum, just a 5-minute walk from the beach (450 m). The apartment is very bright and comfortably furnished. The built-in kitchen features a new ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a new oven, and a dining table that seats up to 4 people. You can make your coffee using a coffee maker or a Nespresso machine and enhance it with a milk frother.
There is a large box-spring bed (1.8 m x 2 m) and a single bed (0.80 m x 2 m).
The cozy living room features a couch and several armchairs, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and a wood-burning stove for cold days. The living room opens onto a private patio and garden with a table, chairs, a beach chair, and lounge chairs.
There is an outdoor parking space for your car right in front of the house, as well as a covered bike shed and laundry facilities in the utility room. An ironing board and iron are provided, as is a vacuum cleaner. For water sports enthusiasts, there is the option to store kite and/or surf sails in the utility room.
