With quick access to Eugene’s highway system, you are also perfectly positioned for day trips to the stunning Oregon coast, local wine country, or the Cascade Mountains.
You will have private and exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. This includes:
• The entire 3-bedroom house and office loft
• The attached 2 car garage
• The fully fenced backyard and patio

We believe in full transparency to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Please note the following details:
* The property backs up to the Beltline Highway. A sound wall is in place to provide privacy and reduce noise.
* An office building is located to the west of the lot, though the home and yard maintain a comfortable sense of space on the fifth-acre property.
* City of Eugene Registration Number: 6317
* This is a very safe neighborhood and have never had a security event happen but to ensure the property remains secure we have installed security camera above the front door and also a motion sensor light with security camera on the back of the garage facing the side and back fence that can be turned off during your stay.
