The view is fabulous and we enjoyed the hot tub. My husband and I along with our adult children stayed at this house at the end of June. Upon arrival, I had a hard time with the sliding glass door going out to the back patio on the main floor and thought it was broken so I reached out to the host and he said it worked, but took some force to open. It opened, but was difficult. The third floor didn’t have an ac unit and the temperature was HOT during the day. Again I reached out to the host and he told me to open the door to the patio and the door leading into the bedroom. We had these doors open during the cooler times in the day, but closed the door going to the outside during the heat of the day. The temperature inside was around 84 -86 on the third level. The home is fun and novel in design, but is older and needs some updating like the kitchen tiles that are missing on the counter and the powder bath door that doesn’t close on the main floor.
