Mountain views, easy access to hiking and biking trails, and Boxcar Coffee, Whole Foods, & Boulder’s renowned dining from this newly furnished & renovated, peaceful home in south Boulder.
As you enter the front door an open concept stylish living room with a new leather sofa & West Elm chairs, smart TV and gourmet eat-in kitchen await.
Upstairs are two bedrooms with new luxury Saatva queen organic mattresses, closets, as well as luggage racks and dressers. Also there is a modern full bath that is newly renovated. The office/workstation area with large monitor is perfect for remote work with high speed wifi. The lower level is bright with large windows and second living room with a new leather queen sleeper sofa, a TV, bar area, and record player/bluetooth speaker. The 3rd bedroom has a luxury Saatva queen organic mattress, a large closet and luggage racks. Just outside the bedroom is another new midcentury modern full bath equipped with luxury essentials.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven/range, dishwasher, small appliances (coffee maker, blender, food processor, immersion blender, salad spinner, toaster oven, microwave, and plenty of cookware including new kitchen aide ceramic nonstick pots and pans . There are plates, glasses, silverware, and red & white wine glasses. There are plenty of kitchen utensils, gadgets, spices & cooking oils.
Coffee and Tea:
Fresh gourmet coffee beans, grinder & SMEG coffee brewer is included with your stay. Some tea is available as well as an electric hot water kettle.
Outdoor space:
Front and back patios, with 4 polywood Adirondacks and an outdoor dining table and 6 chairs under the covered patio adorned with cafe lights. There is a large yard, natural gas grill, and ping pong.
2 Streaming TVs: Hulu; Netflix; Disney+; Peacock; Paramount+ with Showtime; HBO Max; via a Roku guest setup. This house is in an amazing location, 1 block from a trailhead to network of open space trails for walking running or biking. A paved path to a great park is also a block away. At the end of the block to west is the Boulder bike or walking/running path that will take you to nearby shops, breweries, coffee shops & restaurants or anywhere in town.
Walk or bike to the CU Campus & Folsom Field
Stadium - or downtown (Pearl Street) - 4 miles
40 minutes from Eldora ski resort, or take the bus there!

The Perfect Boulder getaway was just as advertised. Perfect! We had 7 adults and one infant. The space was just right for our family. This home is exceptionally clean and provided all the basics for a great stay. We went to a CU football game and celebrated my birthday, and all activities were nearby. I would recommend this home to everyone! We will definitely stay at this home the next time we are in Boulder! Thanks to the host for a wonderful, special weekend!
