Located just steps from the beach and overlooking the beautiful turquoise waters of the Gulf, this fully renovated penthouse offers breathtaking ocean views, high-end finishes, and convenient amenities like a private balcony and in-unit laundry. Furthermore, guests enjoy access to the onsite pool, tennis court, and grills.
The Space:
This incredible residence is comprised of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a designer grade kitchen with Samsung bespoke appliances, an expansive living room, and patio overlooking the beach/gulf. On the first level of this residence, guests will find the primary and second bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, and patio. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and enjoys access to a hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. On the second level of this residence guests will find two additional guest bedrooms and a hallway bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms feature a king bed and two twin beds, respectively. The second level bathroom features a walk in shower.
Guest Access:
Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Beach Villas complex, including a heated pool, tennis courts, grill and cooking area, and a communal laundry room. The unit is located within a five minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining and shopping. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay. Our repeat guests prefer staying with us over booking through the resort as you are GUARANTEED the unit you book online, what you see is what you get! Staying with us guarantees you a fantastic unit, access to pools and beaches less than a minute from your room, first-class guest services, and far more economical pricing. The Neighborhood:
The unit is located within the Beach Villas complex and it is located on the gulf side, close to both the beach and downtown Captiva.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around on Captiva is a golf cart, or on bikes. You can Uber from RSW Airport for just $50-70 and really will not require a car while here unless planning to visit Sanibel and neighboring areas.
Other Things to Note:
We require guests to complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. The agreement will be sent upon booking confirmation. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

Communication with the host was exceptional. They responded within 30 minutes to every enquiry made. Once inside the unit it was very clean with state of the art appliances and the location was excellent, Can’t speak highly enough of the unit decor and its location. 2 mins from the pool and beach. Upon arrival the internet the WiFi wasn’t working but my son and I fixed that (the router/modem had a loose connection to the power outlet behind the sofa). The stairs to the upstairs bedroom are very steep and there’s definitely an issue with the first two steps not being aligned correctly. Our family members that had the upstairs bedrooms complained that the water pressure from the upstairs showers was terrible. Surprisingly given the quietness of Captiva Island the pool was full of young families and kids. If you’re looking for a quiet couples retreat this is not the place for you. Our neighbours left their garbage outside their units and crows descended on it. The balcony was very hot even in the evening. This is a really nice rental with a few minor exceptions.

Very nice and spacious condo. Well equipped with everything you’d need. Owners closet had 4 beach chairs and an umbrella. Dishwasher was broke but we were aware and mgmt brought us extra dishwashing liquid. Only negative was there aren’t any umbrellas at the pool thus no shade from the sun. Pool is heated. If you’re thinking about renting a golf cart like we were I’d say save the money. South Seas Resort past the beach villas as you go north was disappointing with all the construction going on due to the hurricane damage a few years back. There’s nothing to see there

Everything—from booking this unit to our actual stay—was absolutely seamless. Captiva Island is our happy place, and we will definitely be back to this stunning beachfront villa.The property was top-notch and felt completely brand new, with every detail thoughtfully considered. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the beach locker, making our stay effortless and comfortable.The location truly can’t be beat—right on the beach and just a 5–10 minute walk along the shore to the heart of Captiva, including the newly reopened The Mucky Duck. We loved not having to get in the car once—everything was easily accessible on foot.It was truly the perfect beach getaway for our large group, and we can’t wait to return.
